Haley Kim
Haley Kim is a second-year student from Fairfax, Virginia, pursuing a B.S. in Commerce at McIntire along with a second major in Music. Haley has loved singing for as long as she can remember, participating in ensembles such as District Choir, All-State Chorus, and National Children’s Choir throughout middle and high schools. Her passion for the arts also spans to musical theatre and dance. Haley has performed in numerous musicals, some of her favorites being Cry-Baby (Wanda), Spongebob (Pearl Krabs), and Catch Me If You Can (Brenda Strong). At UVA, Haley is a member of Hoos in Treble acapella, and contributes in her role as assistant music director. She is also involved in First Year Players, having been a cast member, on the technical team, and artistic staff as choreographer over the past three semesters. She has sung in University Singers, and is now in the cast of UVA Drama’s Mainstage production, Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812 (Helene). Haley is honored to be recognized as a Miller Arts Scholar and is grateful to be part of such a welcoming and supportive arts community at UVA!
